When I was a child, the television at home has access to but two channels. Because of poor reception, we tried to content ourselves with the few programs we had. Sometime we felt a sense of envy from our neighbors because apart from the fact that their television is the latest model during that time, it is capable of getting access to numerous channels where they can watch a variety of shows and programs not only in the country but also in other countries in the world. They were able to watch programs ranging from showbiz, sports, politics, and countless others.
